About The Trainer

Eddie McGee has been involved in fitness since he was thirteen years old (over 35 years) and involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years.  Early in his career he learned to keep an open mind, but believe nothing at face value. Consequently, he has tried every system on the market.  Never satisfied with the results that came from the "Traditional" systems that were used by many other so called experts, he set out on a quest for knowledge.  Hundreds of books, thousands of articles and studies, and an innate ability to recognize what works, has produced a magnificent system that is simple, yet efficient and effective.  His workouts now last between 15 and 30 minutes a day and are capable of producing spectacular results.  

 

"I believe that working out should enhance your quality of life, not consume it.  Spending hours in the gym takes valuable time that should be used to live life to its fullest".  Imagine taking those extra hours per day and applying it toward other worthy causes. Think of the college classes, the family time, travel, leisure and just having fun, that is lost to the gym.  Isn't that the real reason most of us exercise anyway?
